Recommended FREE blog sites. but not Blogger please?

well, i've already had a blog in Xanga actually. but, somehow, I wanna make another blog in another sites.





I've tried Blogger but I don't really like it.


I just found out Wordpress.com and it seems nice.





i still wanna have some recommendations about which free blog sites u think is the nicest/best one. and between Xanga and Wordpress.com (u may also include Blogger), which one do u think better?

The design and look matter and the different sites provide different templates. Blogger templates may look dull because they are widely used and you see them so often. However, because it is one of the most popular service providers, you can easily find tips on how you can tweak and customize the templates. Also, because it is owned by Google, adding AdSense to your blog is simple.





I have always felt that Wordpress is for the serious and good writers. Their templates aren't that exciting too, but many people who have used it sing praises about its ease of use.





Xanga has nice layouts and an interesting system of eProps crediting. For a change, why not?
