Since some months, I have problems with Blogger: I can post an entry or modifioed them. It's also very slow. I don't have problems with any other page and the help desks on both Blogge and my ISP doesn't help. Does anyone knows what's going on? and what can I do?

Yeah, Blogger is slow. It also shut downs at times.
