In e-blogger, how can i get the url name that is owned by somebody else?

in e-blogger, how can i get the url name i want but that particular url name is owned by somebody else...? And that person is not even using it for a long time........plzzz help me out.......!

If you really really want it, you could consider contacting the owner of the name and offer to buy it...





Or check when it expires and hope the current owner forgets to extend / renew it so you can register it yourself (very unlikely scenario, but you never know).
