NEED HTML blogger help!?

I want to change the template of my blogger, but when I try to it comes to says this after I put the code in and hit save:





Widgets are about to be deleted


Please confirm that the following widgets should be deleted. All the widgets' configuration data will be lost.





* Image1


* Text1


* LinkList1


* LinkList2


* HTML1





I want to keep all of those widgets. Any HTML tips to keeping those?

If you downloaded a template, the template creator probably didn't include the code to implement widgets.





The only way to get the widgets in there (since they are setup already) is to copy the widget code from the original template, and find the spot in the new template (usually sidebar) and paste them in...and if it wasn't the intent of the original designer to include widgets, you may get some very weird results when adding widgets to a template that wasn't designed for them.
