When adding page element (i.e.,Adsense) in blogger.com this is the reply at the bottom.

Switch to a different publisher ID.
What does it mean? Is my Adsense account approved / disapproved? Or my blog content is less? Or how do i create one more gmail ID %26amp; then adsense account %26amp; wait for approval? And should I create from different IP if the previous adsense application is disapproved? Or how do I create a blogger and enable adsense - A full new account? Can anyone help step by step process?

Why not browse to your web page and view the page source. Search for google_ad_client and make sure it matches what you expect. (You can verify this id by logging into your adsense account.)
