Blogger Skin Help??

Okay so, i want this layout..

And i know i have to upload it to BlOGGER, but when i download it from BLOGGERSKIN, it's in notepad file.... HELP please?

It is the theme code. You need to login into your blogger account, then go to the dashboard, and click "Template"





It will show some code in it that is similar to what you have downloaded from BlogSkins.





Just delete that code and paste the code that you downloaded from Blogskins. Click the preview button and see how it is appearing. If it is rendering correctly, then click "Save The Template" and you are done.
