Blogger template error!?

I am facing some problem while editing the html code of the blogger


template, It is showing like this" Your template could not be parsed


as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed


properly.


XML error message: The content of elements must consist of well-formed character data or markup.





XML error message: The document type declaration for root element type


"html" must end with '%26gt;'. "





The html i tried to edit comes from blogskin.com. I find it weird why other can use this html on their blogger but not me.

Blogger template error!?
hi,It is a very common problem to all new bloggers.


The answer is"You are you copying and pasting the code if you have an upload option".i,e when you click the 'edit html' tab, u see an option to upload the template.So do it.


(before doing that,open the downloaded template in a notepad and select 'save as' option in the file menu and save it as 'template.xml')
