How to upload link page(html) to blogger.com?

i have created a site at blogger.com . I need to upload a link page(another web page) to blogger.com . How can i do this. Better If i can FTP upload with blogger. If FTP upload with blogger ,


1) what is - Host ?(host name)


2)what is -User name


3)what is -Password


4) What is directory to which the link pages should be uploaded.
