Now i shud verify my site in blogger.. For that they've instructed me:

Now the question is how shud i creat the HTML verification for tht? Plz help me..!

Blogger won't let you upload the html file. Because it is not a website. It is a blog. Try a website builder sites like the awardspace.com and freewebs.com then you can upload your page and verify.
