Is Blogger.com working?

For two days now I am trying to get to that website, and I get the "Page cannot open" error. I am wondering if something is wrong on my end or theirs.





If you go to www.blogger.com, does it open the page for you or not?

I have a blog on Blogger. I have a wallpaper all ready to go in my pc. How do I change the black background of my blog with the wallpaper I have? Anyone knows the codes or anything? Or the steps?

Reply:You will need to edit the template. This is fairly easy thru blogger. However, it is much easier given you have a blog with a template using a background image allready.





You will need to find the url of the background image , and search for it in the sourfce of the template in edit view. Replace that with the url of your uploaded wallpaper. Once tyou have that going, and test it, you need ot go and change the pixel dimensions in the code which will be as easy as replacing with the wallpaper size where the original template image size is.

Concerning blogger: header graphic in minima template?

I've tried uploading a graphic header into the minima template in blogger, but it still shows the default no matter what I do. Are graphic headers disabled in only the Minima templates?

Add this to the #header-wrapper CSS declaration:





background: #fff url('graphic.jpg') no-repeat;





change graphic.jpg to be the full path of the image you want as a header.

Login to dashboard at blogger.com and click on Posts link. The list of posts will open. Click Edit link of the post containing the pics. In the post editor click on the pics to select them and press Delete key on Keyboard. Publish post.

Lots of good stuff on there but hard to navigate around. It is hard to find things on there. Not much for organization. I would set it up a bit differently than you have it now but it really does have a lot of good stuff on it!
Reply:In all honesty, it's a little too busy for me and the red font is a bit difficult to read. I really like some of the info you have but it needs some organization and toning down if you want people to frequent it.
Reply:on the right hand side where it says google, that entire column needs to be moved over to the right a little more... and also he site doesnt have much of a "popping" effect.. too many words.. too close together.. links should be buttons.. if someone goes there they will get overwhelmed with all the bunched up words and they will just go to another easier site.. that they dont have to read everything to know where to go.. you want people to be able to just pull it up, look, and click.. ya know?

Blogger RSS Feed Problems with 360?

I've waited since last night, just to give it time to update, but for whatever reason my RSS Feed for my Blogger Blog won't show up on my 360 page. Seems like something Yahoo has problems with. Here's the URL I've tried to use:

I added the ?alt=rss at the end according to some other instructions since the feed is atom and not rss. Any other ideas on how to get this to work? I don't get any errors with Yahoo...it says it uploaded successfully.

Blogger RSS Feed Problems with 360?
Lots of pages r having this problem. Sometimes it takes trying it a few times b4 the feeds work. Also, once u input the info, it takes a few hrs b4 the feeds show up. Or, It could just be a glitch...
